The MISSION of A Baby Center

To aid children in need who live on Cape Cod and the Islands by supplementing critical basic needs to ensure good health and safety. These services are provided without regard for religious preference, or lack thereof.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
At EACH VISIT all clients must show 1 proof of the following:
   • Dated Wic Checks
   • Dated letter from Transitional Assistance
   • Fuel Assistance letter
   • Recent household statement of wages

PROOFS OF RESIDENCY
And one of the following on Cape Cod or The Islands
   • Drivers License
   • A current utility bill
   • Dated letter from HAC
   • Dated letter from Shelter- NO PO BOX ACCEPTED!
